Dividing some property up with a family member. Got 5 older bins sitting on approximately 1 acre of land. 2 bins are 7 ring, 24’ in diameter, 2 bins are 7 ring 21’ in diameter and 1 bin is 6 ring, 21’ in diameter. All have good foundations with floors and fans. All bins have 6” unloading augers under the floor. Bins are old but in great shape, with new paint. What kind of value do they add to this acre?
