I know everywhere is different,but a $50k house here would only be fit to burn and start over.
Yes 1% used to be rule of thumb. However a small starter home here is probably 250k. Certainly not going to get 2,500 a month on those here.
I was going to say about the same for here as well.
A $230k house on a farm stead rents for about $1500/month. A guy can rent a $430k house on the golf course for $2,200 plus utilities. Almost doesn’t make sense to build. |
