50,000.around here gets the excavator renovation too more often than not. Heck even 150k doesn't get you much, even a for a rental home.
Same here. I own some rentals, and you can't buy any house in our little town for under $100k. Tear downs bring $80 plus. Nice rentals bring $1600, but the houses bring $300k. Same houses brought $1200 when the houses were selling for $175. Ratios aren't working right now. |
