A public official once told me that public urination is a misdemeanor, however taking a dump in public is not. He said if you ever have to pee in public be sure you take a dump first and then pee, the public urination charge will not hold up in court if you take a dump first. Never tested the law, just what the guy told me. The public official that told me that was Jim Traficant, former Mahoning County, Ohio sheriff and US congressman. Those of you from eastern Ohio will know who he was.
