Question number one on health insurance deduction, I'd suggest you ask your CPA that would have ALL the information.
As far as SS benefits, it's a maybe. Best thing to do, is go to SSA.gov, set up account (if you haven't) and play with YOUR actual numbers. It will show SS benefit, based on your actual reported inputs. Everyone is different.
