SW WI | most non stick pans when I went shopping 4 years ago are foriegn made.
I have a blue diamond large pan nothing expensive. Dishwasher safe although I hand wash it. Not as non stick when I bought it. Still works good. Use it for roux, eggs, sauces.
Otherwise I use cast iron and stainless.
At times I make stir frys and use high heat. I use the cast iron. Non stick is more for low and medium heat. To much heat breaks the coating down.
