Wisconsin | 100x monthly rent is just one measure. If it's a 20 year old side by side it's going to be a lot more than 100X, and if it's a run down chopped up old four plex it better be less than 100X. I don't think I've ever seen a basically ready to rent single family house anywhere near 100X in my 30 years of looking, that's a dream in the areas I am. Or a fiction not counting the value of work they plan to put into it before renting it. | |
