Northern IN | My employer provides a 100% match up to 3% in a simple Ira. As the account has grown the administrator has been actively involved in helping me to manage my funds in accordance with my goals. All my employer had to do was to help set up the process of providing the benefit and with hold the percentages from my paychecks and put them in my Ira.
I guess what I’m saying is once set up it’s pretty straightforward and simple.
I like the 100% match on 3% as I would not be able to save 6% of my paycheck while supporting my young family. | |
