I didn't mean to imply I pay that. I just mean a poor man can cost you way more than that. There are a lot of folks that an employer would be ahead to pay them to stay home.
When we trucked I paid percentage. Some guys made more than $50 an hour on occasion.
I haven't had a good man for a long time, except for my Dad. I need more help like him. He furnishes his own pickup and gas. Plus he buys lunch!
I have had some help that I paid way more than $50 an hour for the hours they actually worked.
I bet there are a lot of other guys that can say the same.
