Thanks Terry. The photographer lives about 20 minutes from me.
I do year end bonuses, some paid time off, holidays, and the occasional not much going on don't come in today day.
One of my employees has expressed concern about not having saved for retirement and I want them to be able to enjoy retirement someday. Also, it's good for attracting/retaining good people. I hope to eventually add a health package of some sort.
