Thanks everyone seems Iam on right track
My mother owned a trailer park in Huntsville when she passed. What a turd, Dealing with tenants, nobody owns a screw driver, cant pay their elect bill or water bill. Get shut off, pipes freeze. flushing things down the toilet that don't belong.
Finally found a buyer and got about 70% what I thought it was worth but split 3 ways and only 2 doing the work. Was glad to see it go. Ill go back to turning wrenches for the public before a household land lord again.
If I was ever to do it again, I think the Holman method at Macon is best, Build a brand new 2 or 4 hole model on a flat slab. Brick all the way around, and rent it to the uppity ups. |
