Ain’t that the truth.
Have crossed over a few times when the snow was blowing across the road on a cold day. The MT side, the snow was blowing clean across the road. ND side, snow was sticking because they had so much salt down it was wet and catching snow. And then it gets cold enough the salt brine freezes.
