| Hey Brandon, I saw your picture on the cover of IFT a few weeks back. That’s pretty cool. Congrats.
Anyway, my only comments really comes down to perceived value from the standpoint of your employees. Many of the employees I have encountered would rather have a year end bonus or something similar rather than a 401K. This is really dependent on the sophistication and maturity of your employees. If they can really appreciate the value then by all means it is worth the time and money to do this. If not, it’s a lot simpler to give them a few days off around the holidays and nice bonus. Or other things like tickets to a sporting event etc. | |
