I’d say, either sell it as is, or put in a reman tranny and you will need to be married to it to get your investment back. 12,000 hours, it might have many more trouble free hours in it, or you might need to rebuild the axles and engine in the near future.
In the current economy, I’d sell this one and upgrade to one with 3 or 4,000 hours relatively cheaply.
