northwest indiana | Sounds like a good return on your money it there’s not a lot of repairs needed and low taxes. Best rental return is on commercial property and also less stress! Dealing with business people instead of individuals or families a softy like me doesn’t have the heart to evict. Had a nice rental house for 5! years, 3 different renters and maybe got 36 months rent tops. My grown kids told me that they were not gonna let me be a landlord ever again! Have gotten every months rent on commercial properties for 8 years now | |
