Zero idea other than in my local, not a house/apartment is available for less than 1200 plus utilities. Boy pays 350 plus utilities in a college town with 3 other roommates paying the same and it's a hole and is the cheapest they found. Insurance, repairs and property taxes make the rental market a challenging game for all involved.
