| We hire a commercial company to put out bat stations around our grain bins & buildings. They maintain the stations on a regular basis. May not be the cheapest but we don’t see any signs of rats. In the buildings we put out @Tomcat” for the mice. In the house I use the old fashion Victor spring traps baited with red licorice sprayed with OAM cooking spray. Use to use peanut butter but they seem to like the licorice better. | |
