The wife and I went about 15 years ago. It is an excellent tour imo. There is lots to do in the area. We really enjoyed the Fellsmere Frog Leg Festival about 20 miles south. It had a small town county fair vibe. Or, ride an airboat and take a tour. And, there is Disney World and EPCOT if you are so inclined.
