Interesting sale coming up here Friday in WC Ia. 2 80's a couple miles apart, pivot irrigated, flat, all tillable. Some of the best in this area to settle estate. Local talk is putting it at $12K to 12.5K. My family sold a 60 very simular, maybe not as good, 3 years ago. It brought $16K, but we were right in the middle of $7 corn and $16 beans. Will be fun to watch.
