No I got the intention, except when he started emphasizing the new house with new furntiture etc. instead of focusing on the farm part of it.
If you sell your farm including the acreage and your house, youre going to need a house. If you buy a bare farm with the proceeds and build a new house on it, mama is probably going to want some new furniture.
If you have the money, I don’t see a problem with it.
Sioux Co ground could easily be traded for double the acres somewhere else for the same quality ground. Same applies to an acreage with a nice set of buildings, they sell crazy high as well.
