You have no clue what it wd cost to rebuild his home base.
House, shop, bins, corrals water piping, the list goes on.
I find it rather humorous that this guy can obviously afford to buy $30k land.
And then you come on here saying how foolish he is he and could do so much better following your advuce????? Wow..
