We have installed a 30' 14 ring, two stiffeners per sheet Sukup bin of similar specifications in the past.  You just need to have your dealer ask for a "refill without cone down" in the request form.  They will have to get the pricing direct from the factory since this is not a "normal application" bin design.  It's typically more wind rings, heavier gauge stiffeners, and more stiffener brackets for bin construction.
