Does any grain bin company make a bin that is 21 or 24 feet in diameter with a side draw, that can be refilled after using the side draw without removing grain from center sump?

I would like a grain bin that could be used similar to an overhead bin. Would run up to 200,000 bu thru bin per year. Peak height of around 58 feet. 

Thicker steel, 3 stiffeners per sheet, wind rings?
