Lots of folks ( even some farmers ) have money tied up in Dow and nasdaq , the values they are at currently leave many saying if the right piece of land comes up !!!!


No way…Thats can’t be true, a simple farmer with outside investments, generating large amounts revenue…impossible.
I have farmer clients I helped set up Various forms of retirement plans for, 40 years ago. They could now establish a self directed IRA and purchase a very nice farm with cash from the rollover if they were so inclined to do so.
