I paid a young man right out of HS and going to welding school $18/hr to pickup stalk bales and drive grain cart.

If he was here full time it would be higher wages.

I also gave him and his 2 buddies $40/ea to shovel the last 600 bushels out of a bin.


Why would it be higher if he was full time? What makes his time now any less valuable?
