I didn’t realize my response was that unclear to interpret anything less than what hick chimed in with. What part of find another bare farm in a different zip code was confusing? Where did I even inckle cash in and just build a house? Take the windfall and 1031 into 2 or 3 times as many acres. Much, much higher ROI. Don’t know how you read your response out of my reply.
