The hard part is finding the good man without having 10 poor guys on the payroll.


I am at half that number, and know for a fact I’m the highest paid guy at this operation. Do have a company pickup, provide my own tools.
And not much to do in this kind of weather. We have the biggest shop around (the great outdoors) but the climate control isn’t very good. We farm quite a few acres for this area, but no shop. I could stay very busy though the winter with a place to work.
