My hired man turned his resignation this morning, (a good man) I didn't see this coming. He went to the fertilizer company for benefits, 401K and an increase in pay. (maybe less work) What is everyone paying for help? I felt like I was compensating him fairly. Any input would be appreciated
My help will end being in the $90- $100,000 area. He gets a salary, fuel for his truck, plus rent him ground to farm. Probably the most important thing to him is getting to rent the ground. |
