Indeed. That way used to work good to thin out the worthless ones back when there were plenty of people looking for work. It’s a different world now. Anyone that knows their worth, and knows they can find a job most anywhere because they know they are in high demand, is going to ask that question pretty early to know if it’s worth their time to apply.
