Yes, agree, buying ground makes all the since in the world… till the payment comes and you are paying 7% interest on a 1.5% ROI purchase.
Little bites at a time is all the normal person can do and hope to have a valuable asset at the end.
Way things look currently if a person doesn't have the cash to write the check you don't buy it. Even with cash hard to make the numbers work @ current land prices.
