| So it appears there was no benefits, just a wage, and probably now less hours to add benefits and make the same or more money?
On a side note, I don't see how any of you guys with employees(who are good) never see it coming when they leave? I worked in Ag for quite a while, I actually really liked it, but the hours put in to make anything was high, it just killed it with family at home who see no point in any of it with no dream of your own and your MIA alot of the year. Go to town and work tons less, make more, and have benefits besides..............and then still can come home and get farming out of your system at your own gig. | |
