Exactly! Everyone wants to think they are paying their help fairly then complains when help leaves for better pay. A fair wage is whatever it takes to hire a d retain the help you want. Its a supply and demand market. And right now good labor is in short supply and high demand. With all that being said a good guy here would have no problem making at least $30 an hour plus a few benifits. |
