My hired man turned his resignation this morning, (a good man) I didn't see this coming. He went to the fertilizer company for benefits, 401K and an increase in pay. (maybe less work) What is everyone paying for help? I felt like I was compensating him fairly. Any input would be appreciated
If he's not costing you at least $70-80k per year for 2200-2500 hours, you're not paying enough. Better be over $100k if he's getting 2700-3000 hours per year. I'm not going to break it down further than that, hourly doesn't mean squat in the grand scheme of things. |
