I agree with canning the GM. Anybody who thinks a rookie QB who had played only 2 games in 2 years is ready to take over is just plain foolish. More teams need to follow the Packer approach of developing a rookie for 3 years under a stable QB before starting them.
To go from 14-3 last year to this years team is just unbelievable.
