North of London | I think it all depends on each individual.
I can think of families with father and mother present that failed to raise children properly.
Single parent families are most often female parents left to raise and support children by themselves because father left them with no support.
I do know of 2 fathers who raised children that were successful in future with out female presence and i am sure there are women who raised children successfully on their own too and in most cases the women manage with less finances than the men were able to earn.
So most single parent families are those of a woman and most are financially stressed too which has to be a big factor on successful parenting too | |
