North of London | They work to do what they are intended to do, stop vehicles from sliding through the median and having a head-on collision
I see damage to the cables from time to time and think GOOD another vehicle that did not cross over.
We did come on an accident when a car did cross over and hit head-on before any cables were in place
it was not a pretty sight.
I expect all those who survived left in an ambulance
In Ontario the cables are considered a less expensive alternative to the concrete barriers that they are slowly placing in the median.
Those damaged vehicles would have worse damage if hit on opposite lane and I have seen what they look like after that accident. | |
