Somehow Instagram has figured out that I am turning 65 soon. 
It is keeping me informed about signing up for Medicare.
What should I be doing?
Apparently, if I wait too long to apply for the Supplement, there will be a lifetime of penalties.

I was thinking that I just need to walk into the Social Security Office within 90 days of my birthday and sign up.
This is a few months away. 
In the meantime, Congress needs to pass a budget and figure out how the Affordable Care Act is going to work for the next year.
What penalties do I need to avoid?
How do I keep my current Doctors?
