Looking for a around a 50kw single phase generator, the generac has caught my eye anyone have one with good or bad experience, or another brand similar size they would recommend
We have an older one that size, without the generac engine. All of our problems have been controller related, but we haven't had more than a handful in 15 years.
We have a Caterpillar the same size as well with an ASCO transfer switch. The Caterpillar has a Ford engine and we have had no problems yet, but the ASCO switch is a POS that never switches over. |
