I have a 4430 that can be difficult to get into gear. I worked on the linkage adjustments and there was a large improvement for a while. Put the loader for it back on and picked up a round bale and that made it really hard to shift again. Does that basically point to cab mounts? I'm not sure how lifting with the front end is changing the mounts but that is the only thing that make sense to me.
