| I farm some church ground. Every once in a while I get a call about how I am not paying rent. It is always some one who doesn't know what is going on.
I can see it could be problematic if it was a very big piece.
Years back someone was complaining they didn't get to rent some ground that was owned by a church. They thought the guy farming it didn't need it.
They were right, he put in the crop on his own dime and gave the crop to the church.
I figure if you furnish everything and get none of the crop and some one is still unhappy, you will never make them happy. | |
