Eastern Shore of MD | Our church started using ADP at beginning of 2025 to let someone else take care of the monthly and quarterly fed and state payroll tax deposits. We input payroll information monthly on their website to do employee checks (only takes 5 minutes) and then down load a file from their website and it gets loaded into quickbooks.... we only have the desk top version. All except 1 retirement contribution seems to come into quick books correctly but I have asked for help on that item.
Seems to be going fairly well.... not real costly and since they handle the payroll tax reporting it is worth it. Biggest issue to me is they are always trying to sell you something additional...I have just been ignoring it.
