Reminds me of my BIL convicted of auto theft, he claimed wrongful prosecution till he died.
His reasoning was that he didn’t steal them, only did the paint, body work and VIN swap! The VIN part was always left out once he got started ranting about the government. I would gently remind him when he got done!


Cant change a vin , i had a salvage yard ,cant crush one without a title .

He should have known better . I would not buy one without a title . Lots of people got in trouble doing that .
