| IMO, finding a tractor spec'd just like that will be tough. Those specs would be found more on the 250-270 hp range. You could possibly find a lower hp and tune it.
2014 or 2015 and newer I believe were DEF burners. Everything from 2011 to present does the regen thing. 2011 to 2014ish were modeled 10 hp less than current, and only had EGR and regen. So a 2011 8310r would now be a 2015 8320r. In 2019 or 2020 Deere moved to the 8r number system.
I've got a 2016 8270r spec'd almost identical to your wish list, tuned to 320 hp. It does have ILS, but I've never put front duals on. Are you mostly worried about maintenance issues with ILS? Personally I would recommend finding one with it, especially if you're needing the full 320 hp. The main maintenance item is the accumulators need to be recharged every 1500 hr or so. If you have a good independent shop to do that it doesn't cost a whole lot.
Anything newer won't run as cheap as your 20 series did, but they're also capable of more work.
