Illinois | We moved in January 20. Fireplace is on daily during winter. We like our setup and have plenty of room. If you are going to have stone make sure you have subfloor/ bracing to handle it
I think fireplace was $6000
Stone work was $7000
Mantle was $700
I hid a box behind the TV with outlet in it. Ours is a frame TV
