The mixer has to be on the air filter side of the turbo. I’ve never seen one but propane would be a good fit for a turbocharged engine or really the fuel is a good fit for turbocharged engines.

It would avoid the potential for fuel droplets eroding the compressor wheel with liquid fuels like gasoline or alcohol. It was standard technology in gasoline aircraft engines back in the day but those gear driven centrifugal superchargers were designed for it.
