I did a 60' 22 ring (narrow) Brock this year for $2.53/bushel for everything except driveway rock. Site prep with engineering, bin, concrete, labor, 10" u-trough withdrawal, 2 15 hp fans, air system piping fans and electrical. Temp cables with remote monitoring and side draw. 150,000 bushels rated capacity. Should hold 160,000+ of 60 lb corn.
