There is a couple of quarters of church land next to some ground we own. The family renting it has a reputation for having never paid a fair value for anything they rent or buy and they are not even members of the church. I have no interest in farming it but would love to know what they pay. I'm sure there should be members of the church that would be willing to rent it (especially at a discount).
