| I want to start using my handguns some for deer hunting, have both a .41 magnum and . 44 magnum Ruger Super Blackhawk hunter. Was shooting this afternoon trying to get things dialed in, had the barrel resting on the bag, shooting “skeeters” for practice. No problem whatsoever. Then decided to see where my full house hunting loads were hitting to get sighted in for the loads I’m actually gonna hunt with. First one I touched off blew a hole the size of an orange off of my very expensive shooting bag/rest. Ended up throwing it in garbage can at the range and coming home. Made quite a mess to try to clean up best I could. What rest works best for high powered wheel guns? | |
