Three options, oil lines run to a heater, ducted cooling air to the cab is probably easiest, or an exhaust manifold jacket, ductwork and fan to the cab. Could combine the cooling air, run through a manifold jacket then to the cab. 12V would never merit consideration. Never thought about some sort of exhaust "jacket". I have an old Cushman Truckster that uses that type heat system. The muffler is kind of funky the way it sits in the machine. But, a jacket around a portion of the muffler to scavenge some of the heat, with a tube into the vinyl cab with a blower motor of some sort just might be the ticket. I will have to hunt down a cushman blower assembly as they are fairly compact but blow alot of air. Thanks guys. |
