Jewell County KS | I am gonna be somewhat vague with this post but hope to get my question across.
A relative and I own a machine that has been traded off for another. If my relative wants out of the ownership of the new machine what is a way to compensate them for their value of the trade in ?
I could just write the check and pay them for their share but the trade in would be depreciated out and the owner would have some tax on the deal I would guess ? | |
